|
|
I now that there are all kinds of different things that can be used for cache containers. I have seen some really great and creative ones out there. (I even used an idea I got from an IBCrashen cache on one of mine)
I really like the ammo cans though, and I know they are really popular up in my neck of the woods. They just seem more convenient and very durable.
Can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on some locally (Duluth area)? Is there a military surplus store around, or do I need to order them on the internet?
Thanks!

Is there a Fleet Farm nearby? They usually have 3-4 sizes available. _________________ Joined: 16 Dec 2002

Unfortunately, no Fleet Farms close to us . I guess Baxter, MN or Wausau, WI would be the closest. |

Glens Army Navy in Grand Rapids carrys ammo cans. They have new metal and plastic ones. And usually a good selection of used ones in various conditions and for various prices. The used ones I have bought there I paid 3 to 4 bucks for them. _________________ If I'm not Crazy, am I Sane??? |

Minnesota Surplus. There's one downtown, and one on the west end. Lots of ammo cans in all kinds of sizes! |
