I got a GPS18x today and would like to use it with my netbook. I already have it talkinf to nroute, but I havent been able to figure out how to put up a map view.

Do I just drop th OSM tiles in the program folder?

I have it! Just installed OSM routable in Garmin|Maps on the laptop, and nRoute found it an if I do wha the nice lady in my laptop wants, I could be
sipping a nice hot coffee at Caribou in Chan.

Too bad nRoute is no longer supported by Garmin. If I ever lose the extra GPS with CN2009 I am hosed big time. One of my favorite mapping applications of all time.
