|
|
Hi.
I've had this happen to me a couple of times where I hid a cache in a "wide open area" of the map only to find out that I was too close to a puzzle cache final.
Is there any way to know in advance if the proposed coordinates of a new hide are too close to the final in of a puzzle?
Thanks,
NSAJ |

Yep, just solve all the puzzles within 2 miles of where you want to hide your cache - but seriously, there is no other way to know. |

| You could ask active puzzle cachers in the area if they know of puzzles there. |

| How about throwing together a bare-bones cache page with the approximate coordinates and ask the reviewers if there is any conflict. |

I had that same thought ... but couldn't solve the first puzzle I tried! |

Been there many times! Try asking the CO for a hint (most are willing to help) and if that doesn't work, see if a previous finder will give you a bump to get you going. Watch out though, once you start solving puzzles, you might get hooked! |
