[Pear Head]

I'm looking for some help in developing a new version of the MnGCA website. To make a long story short we have the design work done, we just need to work on some of the implementation details.

What I'm looking for at the moment is someone who is good with creating/editing css files and knows how to read php. I have a layout of what we want the website to look like but need some assistance in manipulating the css files to make it appear correctly. I've spent a fair amount of time on this and just no longer have the time to commit to getting it right.
