The fair is almost on us. The DNR invited us to have a table in the DNR area again this year! This will be our 3rd year and we always have a blast!.
It is the first day of the Fair, Aug 23rd.
I would like 3 people in the morning from about 8:30 to about 12:30 and 4 for the afternoon 12:30 to 4:30.
We are in an area near the stage in the DNR area.
we usually end up in the beer garden at 5:00 
I have tickets for the first 7, if you want to come with out a ticket and join in the fun that is great!
We could use a awning/tent for shelter if you have one we can use.

As much as I would love to volunteer for this year's Fair, I'm not able to.
I have the stick-in-the-ground signs and the banner. PM me and we'll make arrangements to transfer them from my car to yours. |

Yes, I would. Is there other signage. I see that the Fair wants professional signage.

| I just noticed at the end of last year's posts about the State Fair it was mentioned it may be an event for this year. Any chance of that occurring? |

I don't know how serious you are in this line of thinking, but I'll add my $0.02:
There's a lot of leeway in the mega guidelines for Groundspeak to award mega status at their discretion (read the mega guidelines to see what I mean). I think you'd have a hard time convincing them that 500 fair-goers came there and signed the log specifically because of the event.
An event such as this rides a little bit of a gray line:

While the fair itself would take place regardless, the gathering of geocachers at the fair would not take place without the listing.
My opinion (and it's just that) is that you'd need to demonstrate that those that signed the log were there because of the listing on gc.com, not just there to take in the fair.
