The Board received the following email:
You are invited to participate in a focus group session as part of Dakota County’s master plan update for Lebanon Hills Regional Park, the County’s largest and busiest park. The new master plan will set a course for resource management, recreation, and facilities over the next decade.
We recognize that you have expertise and understanding of what people like related to multi-purpose soft-surface trails (hiking, skiing, running, geocaching...). We’d like to hear your ideas on opportunities for Lebanon Hills. We hope you can join us:

14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley, MN
[Northwest corner at Galaxie Avenue and County Road 42 (150th Street), 2 blocks east of Cedar Avenue]
The session will start with a park overview for several focus groups that will be meeting that evening. Participants will then move into their focus group sessions. Refreshments will be provided.
This invitation is intended for you or someone in your organization. If you know of other organizations that we might want to invite, please let me know. To help us provide adequately for participants, please RSVP by July 16 whether or not you will be attending with your name, organization, and contact information to:
