Good question. Charter bus? Car pools? My cache mobile is ten years old, so I only make short trips.

Good question as the last long trip in my car cost me a head gasket replacement, I dont trust my vehicle to make such a trip.
Willing to ride w/someone for carpool. Bus would be more fun I bet! But is there a bus????

Now, you're either on the bus or off the bus.

Subject: Magical Mystery Tour

A group of us are renting a 15 passenger van.

There are 6 open seats. Preliminary guess is $50 per person, for van and fuel.

If you are interested, email me at

kingboreas@gmail.com

Please only request a ride if you're seriously going. We want to fill the van, to make the cost reasonable. I'm requesting payment at the first Event, so we have the fuel money allocated. If there is an excess of cash, it will be equally refunded. If we need more, it will be equally shared.

Seats will be filled in the order that email requests are received. PLEASE be sure you understand info presented.

Arrow It's gonna be fantastic!

On The Bus: team mnmizzou (mini and mrs. are not going}, boreal walker, archer dragoon, jrest, epminnesota, the katsmeow, King Boreas, girldog, fens

Off The Bus: You?

Oh yeah, the plan:

Sounds like a good time with a hefty caching goal. I wish I could attend but since I just got home from a roadcruise myself and soon to be headed up camping, I am not sure I can get permission. Sure will try.

Looks like a fun trip, one that would even help us get a few new counties and DeLorme pages, but it's the same weekend as the Grand Portage Rendezvous, where we'll be living in the 18th century for a few days (use a compass, not a GPSr!) (Not even my Silva compass, but the little one encased in a brass box).

Have fun, everyone.

HEY!!!!! Be nice to those of us who ARE from the South. We live among you...hehehehehe

Ok. Honestly...I stumbled on this last night. Spatten26 and I kicked ourselves. He doesn't get off work til 1030 the 10th...there is NO WAY we can make any kind of carpool for this journey in time. Tho, there MIGHT be....we HAVE been known to drive thru the night...however, the kiddos might object to being woke up every three hours or so. I *MIGHT* be able to talk him into catching Redwood Falls and ROch....we will see. He was interested in it....I SOOOOOOO want to do this, but kids and being down by the border kinda hurts me. I hope to be all over this like jelly on bread next year...if it happens next year.....
