Is there going to be a drinkable water source at the event?
If need be I can probably help with grilling or some such thing like that.
Also I am planning on having a "special" contest that I will bring along with as well.

Yes, there will be plenty of water; it sounds like it is going to be a warm one!

I don't know about wi-fi, but extension cords are always welcome.
