We are looking for volunteers to help monitor the games, help with clean-up, and check-in.
I am looking for 2 grills that could be used the day of the event.
I need 3-4 people to help with the barbecuing and monitor food tables. |

Anyone? We have a small committee this year folks, we could really use some help here and there. It isn't an all day commitment! Please?

| I will be there early to set up the t-shirts and fill in where ever I am needed. I'm sure Mini will volunteer for any taste-testing duties available. |

Thank you! I will bring a pop up tent and a table for you to use to T-shirts. Should we get coins and cachekinz, too? |

If I remember to, I will throw my portable shelter in the car. Just in case.

Is there a list of things still needed or what things you still need help with? If you had a list I think people would be more willing if they knew what was needed.

We need volunteer help the day of the event with games, setup, cleanup,
help with food monitoring, grilling, etc. as mentioned in the first post. |

It is good sized space, there is probably room for another table

Is there going to be internet access at the event? Will you need extension cords for anything? I have a couple of heavy duty ones.
