How are you doing today? Better? Arms work alright? I can't wait to get back on the trails. My wife grounded me until I get my stitches out.

Healed as best as possible. Titanium in my left wrist and a permanent deformity in my right. But that's just life. I broke them on a Sunday morning, had surgery on Tuesday and Silent Bob and I went back out to the fall site to find the cache the following Sunday. Wasn't about to let any cache beat me that bad.
