I just noticed that Room 104 of Watertown S.D. Has passed our King Boreas as #1 hider of geocaches world wide with 3420 hidden . KB has 3108 to date. Better get busy Ian!

| I've cached in SD and have MANY room104 finds to my name. I'd like to say that KB has very few, IF ANY, P&Gs, outside of challenges that is. Point is, KB's position took MUCH MORE effort than room104's did. |

That's a good point.
I have family in So. Dak. so I visit often and found many room 104 hides. I do know there's a difference, style location and container. There is the KB style hide and the room 104 style.

I'd hate to be a Minnesota reviewer when KB decides to regain his title. _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

Room104 has many caches that are on bridges and in cemetaries in SD. Neither of these are allowed in MN that I am aware of, plus most of his are micro P-n-G's. It is nice if your just looking for numbers, but they do get old after a while. He resides in Watertown and if you look at a map around there he has literally driven down every mile around (out of) town and placed caches on signs, bridges, and such. You could literally drive straight down a gravel road and pick up 60 caches in a row. _________________ King of the Jeff Gordon TB's!

I'm always happy to look for a KB cache cause I know it will be a good one.
I'd say that's much more important than anything. |

I just got finished caching with Team Stevecat today. I can tell you that he has an 800 cache power trail to his credit along Route 66 here in California.
Clay4 put out the ET Power trail.
So I guess if KB were to create a power trail from one end of the state to the other he could play that game as well. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |
