We noticed that in the last few days we are not getting notifications of some caches. We noticed this when a series of ten caches came out in St. Paul and we saw that the numbers of the four we were notified about were not sequential. We looked on the map and sure enough we hadn't received a notification about them. Then last night we learned vicariously we were missing another puzzle cache notification. Our distance for notification had always been set for a 20 mile radius. We checked our settings and for some unknown reason the distance for puzzle caches had been changed to 10 miles which explained maybe not getting notifications on the six SP caches, but not the one last night which was only 3 miles away.
Today on Facebook we read that someone was asking about not being notified anymore.
So are others having this problem--that they know of? Does anyone know the cause and remedy if they are? It makes it hard to compete for FTF-LOL! |

I'm getting double notifications. Do you want one of mine? Too bad it isn't helping me get those FTF's. Fifty miles away as the crow flies might be a part of it. I'm not exactly rushing out of the door. The doubles might have something to do with how I set up the notifications. Here is one place where two is better than none. _________________ Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-

| I noticed the same issue, actually. Not getting notifications all of the sudden and when I do, they seem random, not sequential. Odd.... |

| I've noticed that I don't get all of the notifications either. I get the groundspeek weekly news letter that lists recent new caches and there is usually at least a couple that I haven't seen. |
