That'd be a tough one to accomplish if you've ever gone power trailing My averages are lower than I expected and I try to hit a LOT of high star caches. |
The only real power trails I've done are bike trails which usually have some variety. It makes me picky about the caches I search for when I travel. |

That's a nice philosophy that unfortunately I've given up on. Now I just do whatever strikes my fancy at the moment. Two weeks ago it was a bunch of really lame park and grabs. Yesterday I was climbing cliffs and bluffs. Live for the moment since we only have about 11 months to survive as a race.. |

I don't think we can call it a power trial YET but I and some others have started a trail over here in the Bismarck aera.
At present we now have 17 caches in a lets say 2 mile space we are looking at more I just need to get some more cachers around to get on it.
this aera is along the river and you can walk or ride. come visit let me know we will do a event. _________________ ---------------------------------------------------

If some people (accordiongal and Esko) hadn't convinced me to chase aliens in the desert last winter. we might be in better shape with that D/T 2/2 thing. We're close but when you get into the number of finds we have already, it's really tough. We've been passing up lots of stuff in favor of the toughies, and actually have been enjoying ourselves more. But we haven't had ten feet of snow yet, either!
Our main (geocaching) goals for 2012 are to finish the state park challenge....7 left...and the MN DeLorme, the old one. Other than that, I like the notion of waking up every day. An admirable goal that some days just seems like a big challenge! I'm sure we might get a new state or two eventually this year, too. |

Waking up healthy and with a continued gusto for life is at the top of the list. I like to set goals and then procrastinate over them. I can then tell people my biggest challenge in skill to overcome is procrastination. Works like a charm on job interviews.
My caching goals are:
1. make progress on the 366 day calendar grid.
2. Add 5 more states to my list.
3. Reach 200 virtuals
4. Attend another mega event. I have 4
5. Do more Whereigo's - I have 3
6. Reach 100 unknown/puzzle caches
7. Reach the 2500 cache plateau.
Make way more geocaching friends. _________________ If you're successful in what you do over a period of time, you'll start approaching records, but that's not what you're playing for. You're playing to challenge and be challenged.--Lou Brock |

According to my cousin (Mayan archaeologist), all the smart and cool archaeologists favor an interpretation of the Mayan calendar that means the world ALREADY ended. So if you didn't notice, all is well.
Especially for me because I missed Dec 7 & 8 on my 366 grid due to illness this year, and that is cutting it way too close. |

| Wow! There are some pretty serious goals here. Ours is to explore an area, find some caches, have lunch at a unique location, find some more caches, and go home and log the finds. It’s the same goal that we have always had. It doesn’t put us at the top of the numbers list but we enjoy it. |

Admirable goals if that's what suits you. My goals are not related to numbers really, but to continue to explore are wonderful country with caching as the excuse. |

Fill in the last three days on my calendar.
Try to have the Feb 29 event I attend be my 2000th smiley.
Attend at least two CITO events.
Hit my 400th Unknown cache before the 4th anniversary of my first cache.
Place at least 5 more caches.
Get a 5/5 cache
Pick up a bunch more nontraditional caches and benchmarks
Lots of goals--hope to hit some of them. |

| My goal is to try to stay ahead of BigChiefS4. It's going well so far, but I'm afraid once his broken ankle heals he will start catching up quickly again! |

Well, I'm up by about 1400 right now, so he has quite a bit of work to do to catch up |
