I'm looking for authentic restaurants for a variety of cultural cuisines. Can anyone help?

Any recommendations for a truly Eastern Indian restaurant?

How about Italian?

Egyptian?

Greek?

Any others?

Very Happy You are oh, so helpful! I guess I should have mentioned I'm looking for restaurants in the Twin City Metro area? Thanks for responding though! Very Happy I'll keep it in mind next time I hit Fargo!

The Gasthaus Bavarian Hunger out in Stillwater probably has the best German food around the area (as far as restaurants go).

My favorite Indian place is http://www.biryanicuisine.com/ in Edina. http://www.indiapalace.org/ in Eden Prairie is almost as good, http://www.tasteofindia-online.com/ in Golden Valley is pretty good too.

I haven't been there in a while but Blue Nile had good Ethiopian. http://www.bluenilempls.com/

Christos has Greek food and it seemed OK to me. The one on 7 looked closed when I passed by it on Thursday.

Keep them comming, we are also absorbing all this. I love food, especially if it was featured on Diners Drive in's and dives on the food network.

No it looked like the sign had been taken down, but maybe they were just fixing it.
