Yesterday I had a "Discover" log posted on one of my TBs. This TB has been missing since June 2008. So as you can imagine, I had to wonder if I came back from the dead. So I sent an message to the cacher that logged the discover asking where they saw it. Here is the reply.
Sorry, I just saw the code on this photo on web http://img.geocaching.com/track/log/504dada3-af60-4ad6-bd75-da43c7033713.jpg
When you go to the picture you can see the TB's ID. Somehow in searching the web she found the picture and because she could see the number thought it is OK to log a discover.
Guess it takes all types to play this game. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |

Tracking History (9988.8km ). Easily spotted the tracking number on the picture posted. But we won't. I hate when ours go missing so hope yours turns up again one day |

| ...well I've seen pictures of coins in caches instead of the actual coins being logged. |
