For those of you interested, there is an open forum meeting scheduled with Stu, the EP Parks cache reviewer, as well as his boss, the head Park and Rec guy, for Thursday Oct. 5th at 7:00 or so. NOTE: This is a new date!! This meeting will address the cache application process and current caching policy for EP Parks. Several of you have said you'd like to attend so this is your official invite. Let me know for sure if you want to attend so I know how many and who will be attending. If you'd like to speak or have a particular subject or questions you'd like to address let me know. Board members are especially welcome as are those that were on the EP Parks caching policy committee previously. For those of you who have had to deal with the EP application policy, have caches in EP parks, would like to place caches in EP parks if there were less red tape, you are also invited. The more the merrier for this particular meeting. Any subsequent meetings will probably require less participation but for this one a big show of interest and support is going to get their attention even if you don't say anything. Thanks!

Since I can't attend, I sent my comments to EPMinnesota via email and she can use or not use them as she feels is best.

Even though the EP policy doesn't affect me directly, all policies tend to influence each other, so this policy may affect other upcoming policies that *will* affect me (and everyone else).

Stu has changed the date/time of the meeting. After I posted the OP he contacted me saying he had 2 times available during the day. I told him that wouldn't work and that I had thought that the evening hours would work better like when the geocaching policy committee met.

He has proposed that both he and his boss can attend next Wednesday, Oct 5th at 7.

Does that still work for everyone? I sure hope so!! ISpy, I'm hoping you'll be able to attend. I think you have some valuable things to share as well as Kredep. If anyone else has any questions to bring up this would be the time.
