8. Caches are not allowed in picnic areas, playground areas, athletic complexes, and beach area.
9. Caches must be at least 25 feet away from electrical boxes.

I'm glad I could help. I had a meeting a couple weeks ago with the head of the Blaine City Parks, and I am so glad I did. This new change will definitely make geocaching more fun. Thanks to Jim at Blaine City hall.  |
