On my desktop computer and laptop I have desktop links to maps and field notes.

On the desktop, they have the GC.com logo for icons. On the laptop, they are something meaningless.

I haven't been able to locate the icons on my desktop. Does anyone know where they hide, or their names?

You might want to try clearing your internet cache and do a refresh. The icon is probably located on the website as favicon.ico

Very Happy I made my own from a WEB image using IcoFX trial. Works well.
