We are looking for volunteers to help plan and put on the MnGCA Fall Event. Anyone interested in helping plan this event please post here or contact the board. Thanks.

I would like to volunteer. Only one problem, I need to know what date. I can’t commit unless I know I’m available that day. When is the event? Thanks

When the committee is formed they will choose the date, location, and details. We are looking for volunteers to form the committee and make it happen! The fall event usually takes place on a Saturday in October.

When we discussed it we had thought maybe something like Oct 15th or 22nd.

I willing to volunteer, pending any conflict with final date selection (who am I kidding, I don't do anything so I will probably be available)

Last call for volunteers for the committee! The committee needs to meet asap and decide the date and location of the October event so the initial event page can be posted the required 6 weeks in advance! Anyone??

When are each of you available between now and August 31st? If you exclude the 25th for those working at the state fair, what other evenings are free for you?
