I don't think it does. Where's GP when you need him? |
Last I knew it was working. But I think it only takes into account logged in users, not visitors. I like our forum just the way it. The more traffic we have, the more likely there will be trolls and troublemakers. _________________ Tupperware doesn't belong in the kitchen! |

More traffic would be nice. I watch geocaching forums in other states and we have a fraction of the traffic. But that does not mean I care about the record. |

I'd like to see more traffic here, too. It'd be nice to see that record smashed (assuming the contract talks with the counter union go smoothly) because of vibrant geocaching discussions.
More cachers participating here should equate to even better relationships with cities and parks departments. It should also help educate newbie cachers more quickly so we have fewer problems with hides.
But I have no ideas for doing this.
What keeps those other forums so busy? Is it positive and healthy discussion about the sport? I'd rather not have cliques and unnecessary polemics, but those often come with lots of participation. |

Exactly. It's tough with not many people willing to log on. I think I'd have to make it a contest. |

If you want to do this, don't endure all to a long argument, simply set the time and those interested will come. That being said, being a part of this record is not of interest to me, and if I am logged on at that time, it will be pure coincidence. |
