It would probably be adjusted for the viewer's time zone, yes. It's showing me 3:37am as well (and should be showing everyone the same as everyone's on the same time zone).

My apologies for not putting this as well as I could have. What I should have written (that would be closer to what I was thinking) was that I find this thread to be as interesting as that one. |
