I will not be able to do it this year. My employer will not give me the day off. Thank's Andrew for the chance to do it again this year. Sorry for the late notice, I thought the boss would change his mind.

I'd rather do the morning than the afternoon, but I'm available for which ever shift you need me for. (last year I was scheduled for the morning, but was having such a great time, I stayed for most of the afternoon shift.)
I do have access to EZ pop-up tents. They're the same size as Red's. Let me know and I'll grab one out of the techs' room next Wednesday.
I don't need a ticket. I've already got one from work.

I said this in my PM, but I'd like the morning shift. My family has something going on in the evening and It'd be easier for me if I didn't have to try to leave the fair that late.

I'll be there all day even though my partner in crime at work just gave her notice today and will only be at work until the end of this week. The 25th is going to be a particularly busy day but the boss thinks he can handle it. I will be SOOOO appreciated the next day! What time do we need to get there in the morning? I'll have to check bus schedules.

Ok, I have not gotten the tickets yet but will mail them asap. If they don't make it I will have to go to plan B....what ever that is!
Yes please, on the tent. I have demo materials but if you have anything you like to use bring it along.

I dropped the tickets in the mail on Friday, I hope they get to you Mon or Tuesday.

The times requested for the schedule are just fine. I will be setting up at 8:00 if anyone can be there then that would be great.

Does anyone know who has the flyers and the signage?

They have had a few chairs for us in the past.

Let me know if the tickets come. I have one more ticket if I have another volunteer.
