What kind of gear would be helpful? |
Let's just say I've been there in January when there was a Winter Carnival cache hidden there, and again in June for the KBAY Challenge, and both times I was swearing like a sailor to any critter that would listen... but it is a memorable spot that's for sure, and as I learned the second time much more fun with a group of lost folks! I can't reveal too much as that takes away half the fun/agony! |

Well if it is half as much challenging as getting to Star Trek on WNC then I'm up for it. Bring it on. Knee deep swamp water, rabid dogs, swarms of mutant mosquitoes. |

How deep? Don't you mean how high? A 16' ladder would serve you all well. |

I haven't been there recently, but I *think* that 12" waterproof boots would do. |

It was great to meet so many people tonight. I got my 100th find tonight! Big thanks to tworiverseagle for staying with me to get #100 and #101.

Thanks, KB for hosting such a fun evening! I'm still trying to figure out what the dry way in was.
And I won a coin! Thanks to Rob, for pulling my number.
So nice to meet new faces and put some names to familiar faces.
See you on the trails. |

| I had a great time. Thanks for hosting, KB and thanks to everyone who came out and made it fun. I really like caching on the East side. I might have to do more of it. |
