I'll be at WNC at Swede Hollow, and I might make it for the X-pole expedition - for X-pole, don't wait for me though - go for it if I'm not there by 1830. _________________ There comes a time in every young boy's life when he gets an irresistible urge to seek buried treasure.--Mark Twain |

| This sounds great. I have never done a WNC on the 'East Side'. If I am going all that way, I am certainly going to do some pre-caching. Anybody want to do X-Pole with me? I have the necessary TOTT. |
Very tempting! I am hoping to make it. _________________ "We never seek things for themselves-what we seek is the very seeking of things"-Pascal |

6:30 works great. There is parking on the NW side of the area. And plenty of street parking on the south side.
I'll be at the pole by 6:30. |

| Does 6:30 work for X-Pole? I'm not sure where to park for it. We could just meet at the pole. |
I hope we can make it, because we'll never get it our selves. |

Sorry, I've officially given up on that one. After a total of 22+ hours trying to squeeze another one in there, it ain't gonna happen.

| Sounds good to me, since I need two letterboxes. Also, precaching at X-pole sounds good also. Thanks!!! |

We'll be there.
We've already found X-Pole, but we'll be pre-caching some other caches, if anyone wants to join us. |

| I wish I wasn't working, just to see who all ends up completely swamp-covered after finding a certain cache, like we did. I didn't even attempt to save those socks, they died a hero's death in that swamp on that day... all for a little smiley face! |

What kind of gear would be helpful? |

| I'm planning on WNC and also X-Pole. I'll be doing some pre-pre caching too. |

I hid these all in a few hours, but I went up and down a lot. It might be easier to get everything that's "up" at the same time. But that wouldn't be as much fun.
The logs tend to describe the caches very well.
I parked at the Vento Trail parking, and did the hides in this order: 55, 17, 21, 22, 23, 18, 53, 19, 20
A couple adjustments were made after the Event, and prior to publication. 20 and 22 were moved.
Some caches still have the Event punches. I'd appreciate it if someone could grab them. The two stamps/pads stay.
As for the puzzle GC2KBAR, everything you need is on the cache page.
If someone plans to grab all 9 caches, and has a camera, please contact me.
girldog shaved the mud off her legs, and MnMizzou tossed his socks.

| This works out! After eight caches (if I don't get one in tomorrow...) I will be at 200. Bring your party hats! |
