Nominations for July 2011 Cache of the Month are now open (from now till end of day on June 30th). For full details check here, but the short version - if you find an outstanding cache, reply to this post with the caches name and what made it so special that you want to nominate it for Cache of the Month!
Woo hoo, summer is here, go out and enjoy the warmth and find lots of caches!! |

| I would like to nominate Over the River and Through the Woods as the July 2011 cache of the month. This is one of my most favorite caches of all time. Midas08 really put alot of thought of thought into this one. |

| I would like to nominate Erickson Park North for cache of the month. It was probably one of the most obscure and clever caches I have found. There are many good caches out there, but this is one of the few where I got a huge "wow" grin when I finally spotted stage 1. The other clever multis nearby make the trip even better. |

After seeing the discussion about Minnesota's favorite cache, it occurred to me I hadn't nominated a cache in a while. So I'll nominate Challenge: Benchmark a Day, 31 Days. This challenge simultaneously led me to re-discover and refine the art of benchmark finding, and helped me qualify for the Challenge of a Century for benchmarks. And DogSoft's fastidious standards caused me to take extra care in making sure I logged the correct benchmark, which I hadn't always done previously. |
