how do I post a reviewer note on a published cache on a geocaching.com cache listing page. (I've done it many times on unpublished caches)

a stupid question, but I can't figure it out.

Once a cache is published, you can no longer post a reviewer note. If you need to contact a reviewer, you should email him/her directly.

I think the reviewer used copy/paste from an old log that didn't really apply to your situation. Either an email or just a regular note on the page(s) would be good.
