| Good write up and I like the idea they end it with a fitness theme. It's a nice diversion from cell phones and video gaming for kids. |

I'm all for good exposure, and I don't necessarily think this is bad exposure, but there are some pretty strong inaccuracies and typing errors. The typing errors are almost worse than the inaccuracies...
"The following a day" - Shouldn't be an "A"
"Almost every Walmmart in the world"... - Walmart Misspelled...
"... download information to your iPhone or GPS unit" - Or Blackberry or Android or Windows Mobile...
"Finders don pirate costumes"..."They leave the costumes for the next finder" - I'd like to see this.
"“FTF” (first to find) caches are always special, often containing a dollar bill." - Every cache is a FTF cache, when it's first published.
"If you remove a cache, you must leave something or equal or greater value," - You never remove a cache.
"So the second to find a new cache usually gets a penny. That technically violates the code of conduct but lets finders know they were there second." - How does this violate code of conduct? The log book lets finders know they are second, not a penny...
"Fieldsends sent two “travel bugs,” temporary caches that don’t stay put" - Not really caches...
That's what jumps out at me... And after I see one, I start nitpicking, so this may not be fair. It's just how I feel...[/list] |

You have to remember, the article was written by a non-geocacher. I'm certain Jeffrae didn't make all those mistakes..he's been a cacher for quite some time.
Yes, come north and explore northern Minnesota. We have some awesome caches up here. The "pirate" cache is really fun for the kids. |

| I agree, there were a lot of mistakes in the article. But it did get the word out about our geocaching class. The reporter had a lot of information coming at her pretty fast, so apparently her notes got messed up a bit. |
