| Hey - I am looking for about 75 empty film containers. I am teaching a Geocaching Merit Badge class and I'm going to have them all make CITO containers. Anybody have a surplus they are willing to sell? |

Just go to the photo department at Target and Walmart and ask. Both will give you all that they have. Free. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |

| I have quite a few film canisters, maybe 75, maybe get you close anyway. You can have them under two conditions: 1. You come get them. 2. Promise they won't end up as caches in my end of town. LOL. |

I tried this when I was replacing "Lots of Film" down in Lakeville without any luck. If I recall, target doesn't typically have physical film developing on site so it is sent out. Thus, they may not have any canisters. Walmart might be the same way. I did have a lot of luck at National Camera Exchange. |

I did this at my local Target about a year ago and they asked me how many I wanted. I walked away with a bag full of film containers. |

Please consider teaching them about using proper, waterproof cache containers. _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

| Most Walgreens still process film. Check the photo lab there and you should be able to get quite a few. I probably have 30-40 sitting at my store right now, so if you are in the Maple Grove area stop by the one near Old Country Buffet. |

You moght also try your local Pharmacy. Empty Pill containers make excellent CITO containers. _________________ Onions the real man's Vegetable |

Yes, the tops go in so you can use them to make cool containers. (I know you were being sarcastic |

I was being sarcastic, yes.
They likely can make cool containers, but generally they don't make watertight containers. There's exceptions to every rule, but generally... _________________ Hmm... |

| If all else fails. I have some white containers with an attached snap top like the test strip container cap. I use them for CITO containers, and they work great. I only have about 1200 of them. So, let me know. |
