So, in my pursuit of trying to find state forest land and the property boundaries I came across a nice little map on the Mn. DNR site that allows you to select a DNR property and then have the option to download the .kmz file into Google Earth.
The nice side affect of this is that I then save it as a .kml and then run it in GPSBabel and convert it to a gpx file that gives me either the trail or the property. Since, I have a Delorme now I can convert it into a nice routable trail map! I thought I'd share it with everyone as I think it'd be a handy tool for folks. Now, if they'd just give me all the seperate property lines for the forest...
