Does anyone know if the Halloween emblem that is embedded in the sidewalk near the Anoka city hall is listed as a waymark, earth cache, or some other kind of entry cachers can log? It's unique and historical. I would have thought that TPTB would have it listed.
If you've never been there (I was a kid the last time I was in the area), you can find it between the city hall parking lot and the sidewalk near the exit on the south end (nearest Main Street) of the parking lot. City hall is at 1st and Main next to the Rum river. |
