I have some tree climbing gear. I will bring it just in case it is needed.

The tree climb is easy, even Rustynails could get that one. Shocked

Pond Saver isn't a tree and if there is a soccer game going on, you will have a real hard time getting it. Good news, sounds like thunderstorms are in the forecast so maybe no soccer. Bad news, I wouldn't climb up there if it was raining.

Be safe, have fun!

It sounds like the 'tool' required is either a Gilby or a ladder.

Your skills would have to be pretty good to unscrew the cache to access the log Shocked No way to cheat on this one Twisted Evil

As far as FTF, sounds like someone didn't want to unwind the log all the way to check while trying to hang on at the same time.

Yup - a little FTF confusion. The actual FTF wrote on the bottom of the log. I didn't unwind the log all the way so didn't see his log - you'll soon find out why I didn't unroll it all the way. Whoops Embarassed Still fun even without the FTF!

My hubby (knight in shining armor that he is) might have some chain mail. Would that work?

I think one way or the other I need to come tomorrow night. Otherwise I won't be able to get this cache. What a shame!! Wink Gilby would be just the ticket. Him, or more appropriate shoes than I had with gloves. I'm not doing it! Someone needs to convince Jeff going to WNC would be a good idea!

TWS is right about the soccer game. But rain would be worse. And aren't the mosquitoes nasty right now??

Eats suggestions...Ruby Tuesday's at Prairie Center Dr & Technology Dr
Green Mill Prairie Center Dr. EP
Old Chicago Singletree Ln EP
Jakes Singletree Ln EP
TGI Fridays at the EP Mall
Baja Sol on Prairie Center Dr.
Applebees, BW Wings @Chanhassen
Champps Glenn Rd EP

My vote would go to Ruby Tuesdays. Haven't been there in a while. We've had great service there!

This looks like a great chance to pick up a couple of tricky caches. We plan to be there tomorrow.

I will try to make this. I was out of town for the "Man Overboard" WNC. I thought I could try some tree climbing, but chain link fence climbing is no more than a distant memory. As others have noted, this looks like a good chance to pick up some tougher caches.
