Let's see we have bunnies, hamsters, dogs, and cats, this is shaping up to be quite the animal league!

Wow! Does that mean I have to rename my team to some sort of animal? Wink

Thankfully we are the Mizzou Tigers so if I have to go with an animal it should be easy! Sadly though the Tigers have not fared well historically against the Fluffy Bunnies so I can only hope they do better against hamsters!

This sounds like a zoo, in more ways than one.

18 TEAMS!!! Are we full yet? If so, can you please tell us our draft order when you do a "RANDOM" drawing to see that I pick first. Cool

The max teams for the leauge is 20... so if you're thinking about signing up you had better do it fast! As for the random drawing, despite what you may think, all I do is tell the Hal 5000 that we are ready to go and it does the rest. I have no control over order or who it picks.

For those new to the league (and a refresher for others)

You can control your draft order to a certain extent, adjust your draft order before the draft takes place. If you do nothing it will assume the Yahoo draft order is OK with you, meaning if everyone thinks AP is the number 1 pick, he automatically gets crossed off your draft list once he is picked and it will automatically draft the next highest person on the list. You can customize the list however you want, so for example if you think T-Jack is going to have an incredible season you can move him up to your number one pick if you don't want to risk losing him. (And really who would want to risk THAT loss)

Finally if we do get the max 20 teams I'll probably make 4 five team divisions just to make it that much more NFL like. I'm open to suggestions for Division names. And with a league of 20, nothing is finalized yet, but look for a end-of year event that EVERYONE can at least get one smiley out of, even if you don't win the coveted title of Champion.

I recommend no divisions. Just take the let the top eight teams, or X amount, make the playoffs. One giant division. Then you take 1 versus 8, 2 vs 7 and so on. No controversy that way.

How many players do you have so far? I logged into yahoo but didn't set anything up. I'm scared to play with the big boys.

As coach of the reigning champions, the Fluffy Bunnies, I will tell you that the "big boys" are not as scary as they think they are. Just be sure to include something "girly" in the team name . . . pink, fuzzy, giggle . . . and they won't know what hit 'em!
