I am looking for a easy large cache in the Cottage Groove Area to Find my 1000th find... reason why it needs to be easy... because I am going ot be in a tux...I want to find it on my wedding day and I would like to make it a milestone that I will always remember! if anyone has any insight in the matter that would be great or if someone could just hide a HUGE AMMO box near Mississippi Dunes that would be great also!
oh.. and it needs to be active around July 17th would be nice... |

I can't help you with a suggestion for a cache, but I do have experience with caching in wedding clothes. We did not make a find on our wedding day, as our biggest obstacle was running out of daylight after the festivities.
The best parts were telling the story in the log, and the fact it was all my bride's idea. |

Where are you going to be taking pictures?
A lot of times people take pictures outdoors in parks and on more than one occasion I've made a quick find in a tux (while standing up in a wedding) and launched a geocoin for the happy couple. Plus if you make the find AFTER the pictures the rath of getting grass stains/burrs/pine sap on your tux will at least be a little less
Heck you could even bring the bride and photographer a long, photographers always seem to like to get a few unique shots that aren't the same as every other wedding. |

Do it now. Because after your married you will be making less and less of the decisions around the house. You either have plenty of time before the wedding (just don't be late) or you drag her along.
Either way, just learn to say "Yes Dear" and keep your mouth shut. Remember it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |

Well if I were a groom who wanted to really make the whole thing memorable, I would PRETEND I am so obsessive that I am caching on my wedding day -- but IN FACT that cache that happens to be super convenient to the festivities is one that I myself secretly hid early this morning and it has a surprise for my lovely new wife in it. Perhaps an envelope addressed to Mrs. Ozemo with a heartfelt note, a couple of hershey's kisses for you to share, bouquet of silk flowers, you get the idea.
I'm just sayin' there are possibilities here. From the chick point of view. |
