We received this request and it sounds pretty simple. I think they are just looking for a cacher to help place a few caches for the event.

I am a volunteer for the Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District. Each
year in May the district has a WaterFest event that helps promote water
quality to the community. For this year's WaterFest (on 5/22) they would
like to include geocaching into their WaterFest activities and have
possibly two caches that would both promote geocaching and WaterFest. Their
thought is to have a cache located near the pavilion so people can try
geocaching with volunteer assistance. A second cache would be placed along
the lake path so that 5K Walk/Run participants could look for it. In
addition, it was suggested that perhaps the lake path cache could be
registered with geocaching.com for a period of time so that it might be
used to promote WaterFest to the geocaching community.
I have some general knowledge of geocaching but no experience with events
of this nature. I'm not sure if this type of cache is allowed with
geocaching.com as it is promoting something. However, I did note that MnGCA
and MN DNR appear to be doing something similar with Wildlife Safari to
promote geocaching and the State Parks. Can you provide some advice or
perhaps a contact that might be able to assist?
Thank you
