No, it would cover the entire group. This is how people having family reunions and the like get around this. An add'l rider on a homeowners policy isn't very much. But since it's their event they take on the personal liability. In this case we are an NPO and shouldn't burden a single member with this risk, IMHO. _________________ Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. |

| Also at issue is the cost and how we're going to cover it for this particular event or spend more for an annual policy. We have too many things in the works to cover the cost. While there is cash flow it's spoken for in up front money for tshirts, coins, and other projects being worked on. Yes, we'll eventually get that money back and hopefully more if we up the price on tshirts and coins but for the immediate need, it's tight. |

| Good news! The insurance issue has been resolved! We found insurance for a more affordable price that we had been quoted from various sources. Everything is back on and will be still held at Nerstrand. We will be putting out a donation container at upcoming events like Breakfast Buddies so if anyone would like to throw in a buck that would be helpful! Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we worked on getting this resolved. We disabled the event cache so people might want to hold off on making non-refundable camping reservations in case we had to move the event. We'll see you at Nerstrand on May 22nd! |

| What was the cost of the policy and who is it through (for future event holders)? |

The place that was found has one time event insurance for $150. Now this has not been the first time that something like this has come up so we are also looking into the possibility of yearly coverage and what that may cost and then also how to cover those costs. |

That's a very good price...I was involved with the Lester River Rendezvous for a few years and we paid $500/day...of course, it was an event attended by a few thousand, which might have resulted in the larger price tag. _________________ Effective parks and recreation facilities do not just happen on their own.
