I know you will all keep this civil, so I'll ask what do you think about Favre signing with the Vikings? Does this effect anyone's thoughts for fantasy football? _________________ Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. |

I hope he either has best year ever or the worst year ever, but I don't want to see an "average" year. All or nothing! |

I'm a baseball (read Twins) fan and everything else is only of passing interest to me (pun intended). In fact, my original geocaching username was twinsfan. I think the NFL has gotten to where it resembles reality TV or professional wrestling more than it does real sports. At the very least NFL fans seem increasingly similar to WWE fans. So from that standpoint I think it's great that Favre is a Viking. Nothing like a good plot twist in the soap opera to tweak the noses of fans here and east of here. _________________ Sig line? | Yet another example of the Vikes pinning all of their hopes on a once great player who is past his prime. |

For Brett at least, I think it's a good thing. At his age it's good to have HCMC so close (it's right next to the Metrodome), they are number one hospital in the world at treating high ankle sprains and lower leg injuries.
I guess that's one advantage Minnesota can provide as HCMC has to treat so many of those injures due to all the Minnesota fans jumping on and off the bandwagon.
Seriously though, if nothing else it's going to be an entertaining year! Fantasy wise I think it makes Adrian downright scary. Unless it's a point per reception league I can't imaging Peterson NOT be drafted #1. |

I just let it go in one ear and out the other. But I do hope he does well for us.

LOL! It's the Viking fans that are going to be hard on him. He's going to find that Viking fans are a bit more fickle than Packer fans. |

True, the Packer fans didn't mind all his interceptions. I don't think the Vike fans will take that very well. |
