I notice that a Holiday Inn was posted on the link, by any chance do we have it confrimed yet along with which one? _________________ Remember One does not need the MNGCA to geocache, but the MNGCA does need members to survive. |

The link and the information on the website are for the Airport Holiday Inn.
The downside is that you are not allowed to book a hotel room more than 50 weeks out with the Holiday Inn. _________________ ~~ I was told all I needed was a GPS. I wanted everything else. ~~ |

| Thanks Jam3s for answering Fireman121's question. You are correct about the hotel. If you are going to book a room, please wait until we have worked out a few more details. We will post a code that will get you a GREAT rate that we have negotiated with the hotel. |

It sound like we are going to have to have a “s'mores 101” Event. |

Geocoinfest 2010 – Twin Cities News
We have moved the date. We did not want to have anyone in the coin community miss the opportunity of hosting or attending a local 10-10-10 event. The new date is Sunday, September 19, 2010.
The Geocoinfest 2010 – Twin Cities Cache page should be published soon.
The event hotel is now accepting reservations. Please check out this page Hotel for details on making a reservation at the event hotel.
The planning for Geocoinfest 2010 is continuing! We have lots of fun, trading, caching, and camaraderie in the planning stage. We will be keeping everyone up to date on the Geocoinfest2010 website as the plans are finalized. Registration is planned to be open in January.
Hope to see everyone in September! |

We are now looking for volunteers to help with this event. A total of 30-40 people will be needed. A typical shift would be about 2 hours long. There are many different areas where you can help us out.
Please contact CLAMM through the MnGCA forums, geocaching.com, or on my cell phone 763-639-7105 if interested.
Thanks for your help,
Mike - CLAMM |
