Last I saw we had 8 teams, so you and Skatergirl could each form a team and we'll stay with even numbers! Very Happy

The link and info is on page one, there is a post with a league ID # and password, then the post below that has the correct link to sign up... the Mrs. told me the first link I included with the league # and password didn't work, but the one right below it seems to work ok.

Yeah I think the odd number is messing things up... we need to find one more person, Bueller????? (Sorry first year I've used Yahoo and I couldn't find the information I needed regarding odd numbers) I'll post a note there with more info...

NP. My first time with Yahoo fantasy football too.

I just did a mock draft with 14 teams instead... wow did I get some bad players. Glad that wasn't the real one, but the draft interface seemed pretty good.

Once we got an even number, just let me know when it is!

OK Last call for ONE more person to join the fray so we can have an official league... Bueller??? Without an even number of people we cannot get the season underway... so Wed AM is the deadline or it will just be, well dead... or flat lined, take your pick...

OK Game ON!! We have even numbers, so I am planning to run the auto draft approx. 11:00 pm on Wed. night so you will have a roster before the really stupid Thursday kickoff... so any changes you need to do to your draft order please do so before 10 PM Wed. (I may end up running it a little early depending on where I am for the night story wise in TV land) You can change the order of "priority" in the draft tab.

I can finally log on here (for some reason it wasn't letting me) The draft is in the queue for auto drafting.... to be honest I am somewhat baffled it is taking this long. I told it to run right around midnight last night when I got back to the station from a bunch of spot news. And last I looked this afternoon it was still telling me that it was being processed. Maybe Yahoo uses Comodore 64's or something... I mean how hard is it for a computer to run a simulated "draft" I would think in about 7 seconds it would be done. Go figure. So the long and short is I will check every avenue I can to see how we can level everything out for this goofball Thursday game!

Yup the draft finally happened, so don't forget to set your rosters before Sunday's games... For those interested, Mrs. Mizzou ended up with the number one pick, and no I had nothing to do with that, and as of this message have not gotten any sort of payoff for it! I will research the impact of the Thursday night game and how we deal with that most likely tomorrow night. I have a very early early crew call for my story tomorrow so I don't have time tonight, and oddly didn't have a single player impacted by it so I didn't even see what options there were. It looks like my guess is Yahoo sets your highest draftees as your starters for each position, so in theory if you had Rothlisberger for example I would think assuming you didn't have a higher ranked QB he was your starter and you have his points. I'll double check tomorrow though. Have fun, and check Yahoo for more annoying notes from me now that we're up and running!
