|
|
I've been working on a series of caches dedicated to MN Musicicians and the MN Music scene. I would like to place a cache in honor of Bob Dylan near Hibbing and one for the band Cloud Cult somewhere near Duluth.
Would anyone be willing to co-sponsor either or both of these caches?
Here some of the other caches in the MN Music series:
MN Music: Prince
MN Music: Motion City Soundtrack
MN Music: The Replacements
MN Music: Soul Asylum |

I might be interested in helping you out with the Hibbing cache.
some questions.................
would it be a traditional cache like the others listed above?
would you like me to come up with the ammo box/container, and the swag to fill said ammo box/container??
would you like me to pick the spot for the cache placement?
let me know your thoughts...............ideas...................
Peace,

The series would not be complete without The Trashmen. _________________ Sig line? I don't need no stinking sig line! |

What are you looking for in a co-sponsor? Someone to place it or just maintain it? What's the container, assuming you're placing it? _________________ Hmm... |

Well, I am open to all possibilities but the caches in the series so far have consisted of a plastic jar covered in camo duct tape and pictures of the related band / musician. I would provide the container and the swag but would also be very appreciative of whatever additional items you would be able to contribute.
What I do need help with is finding a location that would be:
1. Away from an overabundance of muggles
2. Preferably close to a major thoroughfare
3. atleast somewhat winter friendly |

I would be willing to watch/maintain a cache for you in Duluth, but I am only willing to do it for ammo cans. You're welcome to see if someone else is willing to go with the container you offer (which would be fine by me), but I've found that ammo cans are much more reliable than anything else.
I have a general location that you would be able to place the cache that should meet your goals. How winter friendly you make it is really up to you.
Let me know via PM if you're interested in my offer. _________________ Hmm... |

Pear Head is right on the money about the ammo can!!
I've done the PB jars, as well as others......... and i've since changed them out to ammo cans.
my offer will be the same as P.H.
Peace,

| Two of my favorites from the area were The Phones and The Suburbs. Add them to your list. |

| Husker Du is in the works. If anyone wants to volunteer a spot for any, let me know. I currently don't have any in the Eastern or Northern Suburbs. |
