Hey Everyone!
I am brand new to geocaching and looking to try it out for the first time. Can anyone recommend a place around the Twin Cities area that would be good to try for my first time? Something fairly easy, maybe? I am so excited to get going! |

Just look at the caches closest to you home. Start with a traditional, small or a regular in size. Maybe check out the difficulty rating and do a lower rate 2 or less.
After that you will be hooked and you can go anywhere.

I would go visit any cache by Posen; he has some caches that'll make you smile. They're primarily in Roseville (aka Posenville).

Anywhere the little arrow points. You just have to get out. Keep in mind that there are so many different styles of caches out there that you will find some you like and some that you don't. Just go have fun.

And join a group on Wednesday or Friday for WeekNIGHT or FridayNIGHT caching. Check out the Events part of the forum for info.
