I just got an email from someone that told me that KARE 11 news was going to do something on geocaching tonight and tomorrow morning.
I have not been able to verify.

Finding things to do that don't cost a lot of money, can be a challenge for any family.
So we set out to help meet that challenge, by finding fun, family-oriented activities or destinations right here in the Twin Cities.
And we promise, there's something fun to meet everyone's budget.
Tuesday at 10 p.m., we'll have our first round of ideas including free geocaching, a spectacular flower garden and a host of free outdoor summer programs.
It's a topic we'll tackle throughout the summer, updating lists and providing fresh ideas on a regular basis.
It's all about 'taking KARE of your free time' - on the cheap!

Just saw the preview. Looks like the interview a State Parks Dept person. They show a State Park Ammo can. Footage must be somewhat new. : ) |
