I got a flyer in the mail today for an upcoming sale at REI (May1-15), one of the items listed was the Oregon 400t for $399. With the garmin mail-in rebate at $50 it's a lower price than the 40% off from Bestbuy last year.

Most likely to clear the shelves for the upcoming 500 series.
