Some local news about the Lake Phalen area in St.Paul: Lake Phalen Community Takes A Stand Against Crime

The neighborhood and police is on high alert for "suspicious" persons.

It might not be a bad idea to avoid geocaching or at least be cautious about crawling around in the bushes too much in that area for a few days/weeks.
