The board has appointed Millah as COTM organizer! In total we had three people step forward to help out with this, all of whom are well qualified. Thanks to all who stepped forward-- its always a good feeling to have people step forward who are willing to help out with things like this.

Some of the measures were somewhat subjective, like perceived level of interest in the org and perceived interest in COTM.

Others were more concrete. Some of those who volunteered suggested self-imposed time limits for their term, some were up front about some of the changes they were going to bring to COTM. Some went as far as to say that they'd take the position only if no one else did Razz

Still, other criteria were factored in but were not formally accounted for, such as level of forum involvement and history of caches nominated/accepted for COTM (to preserve that transparency as best as possible).

We didn't come up with a scorecard for you guys and like I said, all three who stepped forward would have been excellent COTM organizers. Cool
