| Issue, front end says your logged in, but the forums say your not. Hit the log in function and it takes you back to the front door which says your logged in. Click the forum and it takes you to the fourm where it says your not logged in. |
This sounds like what happens when/if you don't clear your mngca cookies the first time around.
Try clearing the cookies, restarting the browser, and then trying again (or did you try that already?).
How old is Netscape (when did they release their last version)? |
cleared the cookies, cleared the password, cleared the bookmarks.
Netscape Version 9, 12 Feb 08
I'll get it figured out. Most likely in the redirect. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |

| Unless I'm missing something, clicking on most tabs from the MnGCA main page keeps the tabs visible, but clicking on the forum tab brings you to the forum with no visible tab to go to the MnGCA home page? The only way back from the forum is to go 'back' in your browser? |
Not true. Click the MNGCA logo in the top left corner of the page. It will take you back to the home page. |
Right now that is the only solution. I don't believe we can wrap the forums inside of the rest of the site. It's a limitation of the software. |

| Sorting on milestones seems out of whack. I logged my 2300 and it showed up fourth in the list even though no one else was online, presumably logging their milestones too. |

The old site stored the date and time of the milestone entry, so the sorting was more precise. Now we're only storing the date. Your milestone was the fourth entered today - the order of the list was simply the way the database returned the list.
I added a second sort parameter so that it should display the milestones that were entered on the same date in the correct order. |

Congratulations on the new website look. You all deserve kudos for the hard work. _________________ If you're successful in what you do over a period of time, you'll start approaching records, but that's not what you're playing for. You're playing to challenge and be challenged.--Lou Brock |

Very observant!
The articles are organized chronologically. A future date ensures that it stays on the top no matter what.
So the real question then is what happens on 1/1/2012? Does the whole internet crash? Just this site? Maybe just your computer? Your toaster?
