| Just curious...I was responding to an e-mail to a newer cacher today and they were asking about different types of caches and what they entail. As I got to an explanation of multicaches (yes, I know I could have referred them to geocaching.com), I got curious about the greatest # of stages people have encountered while doing a single multicache. Personally, although I have only done 40 or so, ten is the largest. I'd be interested to hear what other people have encountered, and, if it doesn't give away any suprises, what the GC # of the multi was. |

That was my problem too and the reason for archiving the cache. |

"A Hardwalk Around The Neighboorhood" GCJK41
is a 10 stage multicache that involves about 3 miles (1 hour) of walking. All stages except the final stage require you to get clues off of landmarks and signs. The final stage is an Ammo Box hidden in Purgatory Park.
This was a fun one, hidden by dyl1231 and rickrich, over in Minnetonka. _________________ round n' round we go! |

Also still active is Chaska: Walking Tour (GCPR84), by Jonas and Julia. A 13-stage walk of about about 2 miles, that's been around for over three years and only down for maintenance once that I remember. 38 finds, and no DNFs. _________________ ...formerly 'dachebo'. |

| I can't let on how many stages are part of IBCrashen's Multi Micro from 7734, but there's a lot and it seems like more. Especially if you count the stages-within-stages aspects of it. |
