I recently picked up a MnGCA wooden nickel.
I entered the tracking number and despite it not having an owner, I was only able to find it/grab it.
I get a forbidden message when I try to own it.

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /own.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.7l PHP/5.2.6 Server at mngca.geocoin.net Port 80"

I tried it while I was logged in, thinking that maybe that would change my permissions, but I still got the same error. Anyone else have this problem?
