This seems like an excellent opportunity for the organization as a whole to push caching in the state... _________________ Hmm... |

How about talking to the DNR and seeing about a table out side their building. If associated with the DNR might not even have to pay the high fees for a booth or table somewhere else.
Might especially work if the extend the state park challenge next year. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |

| Depending on the types of funds we have available, there might be a way to have a caching at the fair challenge by having clues posted at different locations around the fair. Might be tough unless we find a way to rent out GPSrs, but its an idea |

| Might want to pursue the DNR connection as I've always heard there's a long waiting list for space at the fair. Sounds like fun though. The muggle factor would be the best... |

| The state fair is one way to go, I have wanted to see a MnGCA booth or seminar at the Northwest Sportsman Show as well, that is a very targeted audience who would be likely to embrace geocaching. And they always have seminars all throughout the show, people come in and learn about something, fishing, dog training...I think Geocaching as a fun way to enjoy the out doors, both alone and as a family would be a big hit there. |

Who's booth is it? Are you looking for help to man the booth? Do you need/want anything from the board? _________________ Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. |

| Its a county booth in the ag hort building, the booth is a un-manned 9x12' display. Basically the booth will show an outdoors scene with information posted on signs in the booth. |
