To our knowledge, Anoka County is the only park system in the entire state of Minnesota, at or below the state level of government, which effectively bans geocaching within their parks.

No idea whether this is a true statement, just wordsmithing. How about:

Quote:
Anoka County, to our knowledge, is the only regional, county, city or township park system in Minnesota that bans geocaching throughout its parks.


Edit: Or "the only park system in Minnesota except the Boundary Waters Canoe Area," since the state parks do not ban geocaching.
