It is a Desktop Sharing & Collaboration software.
Could be handy to show people how to use programs on their computer.
Or answer questions or fix problems people have with their computer or software.
Ie if someone wanted to see how to upload to thier GPS they could see it first hand or if they had a problem with a software program on thier end someone could remote in and help them out.
Between people you know of course.
Another words next time you have a computer issue Pear Head could remote into your system and fix it for you. |

Isn't that what Netmeeting does? Or Timbuktu?
There are many applications out there albeit they cost money.
Still it might be worth a look. Of course we are assuming we have our own Geek Squad to respond to membership problems other then posting the question on line. _________________ Airborne All the Way! |
